As Time Goes By...

Many things had happened for the past 3 years. The stories are forever stored in my mind box and will come forward once they are recalled. The one which will always be remembered was 2009 Hari Raya. Dad was hospitalized on d night of 1st Hari Raya & we spent most of our Raya days caring for him. But still... we are grateful that he is now healthy and living life happily with his loved ones...
There are so many randoms things coming into my mind as I am typing this piece. There so many things to write on and I'm totally lost...

Million Thanks....

After 3 years of losing and forgetting my blog's password... I finally got it back. I would have totally forget my blog if a dear friend did not remind me 2 update our blogs. Made a half-hearted attempt to find my little secret book where the passwords of secret accounts were written. But.... I found it! Will try my best to update my blog in days 2 come... Insyaallah!

Baby BLUES...

Congrats to both my sis and brother in law. They broke the good news to us weeks ago. They’re expecting their first child this year.

My sis seems to be having a hard time with her pregnancy; constant sickness and vomitting are a part of her daily routine now, day or night. Pity her… her emotions seem to be haywired by all those hormon. But, I believe she’ll get through it beautifully.
Hey, she has her ‘loving’ husband with her what… Today, we got the news that she had been admitted in the hospital, lack of water /fluid (whatever) in the body. I’m praying for both hers
and her baby’s good health.

Stay strong sis ^_^

HAPPY BIRTHDAY RED...

Well, I spent the chinese new year holidays in KL with my 2 good friends, Shah & Red. I spent 2 nights at Shah's place. Sunday night, we went out to JJ Maluri and had a great and quite an expensive dinner ^_^
On Monday, Shah & I went around KL via the Rapid bus. We only paid RM3 and managed to go to places like Sogo, Jalan TAR, KL central, Jusco and had a free bus tour to Taman Desa hahaha... actually we wanted to go to Mid Valley but the bus we took did not stop there. It did passed by Mid Valley but we need to walk there for at least a km. So... we decided to stay put on the bus and got down right where we took it... KL Central *sigh*
We did not buy things but we seemed to be eating a lot. We had our breakfast and dinner at KL Central and our lunch at Sogo.
On Tuesday, Shah, Red and I went to KLCC window shopping. We had pizza and also celebrate Red's ?th birthday ^_^
Happy Birthday 2 u...
Happy Birthday 2 u...
Happy Birthday 2 *******...
Happy birthday 2 u...
Luckily the pizza's staff didn't celebrate it too...
Then, we went off to 1 Utama and watched a movie, Mr & Mrs Norbitt. Shah had been craving to watch it for weeks. The 2 of them did enjoy the movie, I guess. Me? hahaha... I was trying my best not to fall asleep. I almost nod off even before it started.
Well... at least we had the chance to unwind together after all the hard work.
Can't wait for the school break, maybe we can do other things...

A COMEBACK...

I've not been updating my blog for almost a month now. I've been quite busy with work that I just can't find the time to scribble anything here. I was just too tired to go online.

Well... after 3 years of resting and avoiding to be involved in the International Kite Festival, 2007 is the year for my comeback. I've just got back from Pasir Gudang last monday after a week of exposing myself to the hot sun. The result; I'm a little dark than usual hahaha....

I was so free and relaxed that I did not actually mind getting involved in the festival from the beginning till the end. The students and I spent 2 weeks preparing and making all sorts of kites for the festival.

This is a good year for a comeback,if I may say so... WHY???
It's because the activities this year were not as hectic as the previous years. The previous years, we had stay up late at night until 1 or 2 in the morning to make repairs or adjustments to the kites. The whole week was filled with competitions that we had to camp at the field from morning to 6.00 in the afternoon. However, this year the competitions for the school level was only until thursday. Therefore the students had a lot of free time that the girls spent most of the time sleeping in the air-conditioned room.

I'm glad that they really enjoyed themselves there. The boys were reluctant to leave and wished they could stay there and do not have to go back to school...

The similarities that all of us share was we got a little darker due to the hot sun hahaha...

A GREAT REMINDER TO ALL...
Here is a story I would like to share with others. After reading it, I hope you would get the moral of the story. Read and think...
Harimau, Buaya, Tikus...

Tali tu pendek jer. Jadi dia bergantungan di tengah-tengah perigi. Di mulut perigi, harimau yg lapar tu menunggunya. Si hamba ALLAH ni pun berfikirlah macam mana nak menyelamatkan diri, sambil berdoa kepada ALLAH agar dia diselamatkan. Tengah dok berfikir camner nak selamat, tetiba dengar bunyi kocakan air di bawah perigi. AAAAA!!!!... Ya ALLAH..... lagilah seram dibuatnya.
Nak tahu ada apa kat bawah tu? Ada 2 ekor buaya yg kelaparan. Apalah nasib. Sampai kat atas tikus tu gigit tali tu pulak. Cis, kurang ajar punya tikus. Alahhhh.... cam ner ni. Pas tu, keluar lagi seekor tikus yg berwarna hitam. Naik mengikut tali tadi, Cit!Cit! Cit!Cit! sampai kat atas. Tikus hitam ni pun gigit juga tali tu. Cis, lagi satu. Macam mana aku nak buat ni.... habislah jadi mangsa buaya .
Berfikir lagi. Kalau naik kat atas makan dek harimau.

CHILDREN NOWADAYS
school had started for a few weeks now. It seems that children are now burden with all sorts of activities for their studies. Just look at the size of their bags. Sometimes I pity these young children who are still in primary school. They have to bring too many books to school everyday. Maybe it's good maybe it's not.
Not only that! These young children nowadays are pressured by their parents with a lot of things. Some have to fulfill the parents' dreams and expectations, that they are not allow to make their own choice. They have no freedom to do so as their lives had been carefully planned by the parents since the day they were borned.
Not many parents really understand the needs of their offspring. The needs to be free to make choices. The needs to express themselves in ways which suit them. The needs to follow their instinct when they have to.
Parents are busy sending their small children to tuition classes to ensure they'll get the best result in their studies. Then, they'll have to attend other classes like music, piano, ballet, arts, drama or others. If those are their interest, then I guess it's ok. But... some parents push their children into doing things against the children's interest and desire.
Well... not all parents tend to push or force their children into following their demands. Hopefully parents will realize the importance of understanding the children's need and desire.
